Meet Bridget Conrad
Bridget Conrad is one of Australia's leading hydro foiling sailors in the WASZP class, having recently placed 5th at the 2026 World Championships in the USA.
Last season, she was recognised as the 2025 NSW/ACT Female Sailor of the Year and a finalist for 2025 “NSW Sport” Athlete of the Year.
Training multiple times each week across the Gosford, Sydney Harbour, and the NSW coastline, Bridget constantly pushes herself across a range of conditions while balancing her career as a new graduate Clinical Exercise Physiologist.
From early morning sessions on Brisbane Water to interstate and international regattas, her lifestyle is built around performance, discipline, and adventure.
Over the coming years, Bridget's focus is on excelling at the highest level of competition, with the goal of becoming the WASZP Female World Champion in 2027/2028. Her journey will continue to take her to major events across Australia, Europe, New Zealand, and the United States.
Beyond racing, Bridget is passionate about representing her local sailing community and sharing the journey behind elite sport through training, travel, and social content. Her determination, adventurous mindset, and connection to the outdoors align naturally with the spirit of INEOS.
At Brian Hilton INEOS we believe performance is built through resilience, discipline, and a passion for pushing beyond limits. Partnering with Bridget Conrad reflects everything the INEOS spirit stands for: adventure, determination, and the drive to perform at the highest level in demanding conditions. From training on the waterways of the Central Coast and Sydney Harbour to competing on the world stage, Bridget’s journey is one of commitment and ambition. As she works toward becoming a future WASZP Female World Champion, we’re proud to support a local athlete whose connection to performance, exploration, and the outdoors aligns naturally with the spirit of the INEOS Grenadier.
